If you are looking for support in recovering from childhood abuse, please contact either NAPAC (all forms of childhood abuse) or The Survivors Trust (sexual abuse). Both of these organisations provide support and details of local support agencies nationwide.

Boarding Concern supports adults. We do not encourage or solicit contact from people under 18 years of age. To comply with child and data protection laws we cannot accept contact from those under the age of 18 years. Please contact one of the services listed above or, if you are immediate danger, please contact the police.

We will respond to you as soon as we can. As there may be some delay, please contact the services mentioned above if you need urgent assistance. If we need to consider your request in detail, we may take a little longer in getting back to you
We keep all messages confidential within Boarding Concern. We will not share information that identifies you outside of Boarding Concern, unless you have given us your explicit prior consent, or we are required to do so by law.
If we receive information which we consider discloses current abuse, we will inform the appropriate authorities.

These message give advance notice of events, publications and other topics our supporters tell us they are keen to hear about. We also send out an occasional newsletter to this list.

Due to the nature of the work we do, including dealing with child abuse, we strongly recommend that you sign up using a personal email address. Corporate or work email systems may not be confidential and we cannot be responsible for the outcome of our messages sent through these systems.
