Boarding Concern supports adults. We do not encourage or solicit contact from people under 18 years of age. To comply with child and data protection laws we cannot accept contact from those under the age of 18 years. Please contact one of the services listed above or, if you are immediate danger, please contact the police.

You will receive an acknowledgement from us that we have received your message.

We will respond to you as soon as we can. As there may be some delay, please contact the services mentioned above if you need urgent assistance. If we need to consider your request in detail, we may take a little longer in getting back to you

We keep all messages confidential within Boarding Concern. We will not share information that identifies you outside of Boarding Concern, unless you have given us your explicit prior consent, or we are required to do so by law.

If we receive information which we consider discloses current abuse, we will inform the appropriate authorities.

We are only responsible for mail sent to us using the Contact Us form and to the address below.

If you send us something by post, our postal mail service provider will forward your mail securely onto us. We will receive it a few working days later. (This is not our office or other Boarding Concern physical address.) Our address for postal mail only is:

Our Mailing List

If you consent to join our mailing list (by clicking the opt-in box on the Contact Us form), we will send you occasional messages via MailChimp.

These message give advance notice of events, publications and other topics our supporters tell us they are keen to hear about. We also send out an occasional newsletter to this list.

We store our mailing list securely and we do not share it with anyone else, unless required to do so by law. You can unsubscribe automatically from our mailing list anytime by using the link within the message. If you want to re-join our mailing list, you can do so using the Contact Us form.

Due to the nature of the work we do, including dealing with child abuse, we strongly recommend that you sign up using a personal email address. Corporate or work email systems may not be confidential and we cannot be responsible for the outcome of our messages sent through these systems.
