We keep all messages confidential within Boarding Concern. We will not share your contact details or message contents outside of Boarding Concern, unless you have given us your explicit prior consent, or we are required to do so by law.

If we receive information which we consider discloses current abuse, we will inform the appropriate authorities.

We are only responsible for mail sent to us using the addresses above. We are not responsible for messages sent to other addresses.

Boarding Concern is an organisation that focuses on supporting adults. We do not encourage or solicit contact from people under 18 years of age. If we do receive a message from someone under 18, we have child protection policies and procedures in place to respond.


Our Mailing List

If you consent to join our mailing list (by clicking the opt-in box on the Contact Us form), we will send you occasional messages via MailChimp.

These message give advance notice of events, publications and other topics our supporters tell us they are keen to hear about.

We store our mailing list securely and we do not share it with anyone else, unless required to do so by law. You can unsubscribe automatically from our mailing list anytime by using the link within the message. If you want to rejoin our mailing list, you can do so using the Contact Us form.

Due to the nature of the work we do, including dealing with child abuse, we strongly recommend that you sign up using a personal email address. Corporate or work email systems may not be confidential and we cannot be responsible for the outcome of our messages sent through these systems.
